Our Policies

• Bright Star is a non-smoking facility, inside and outside.

• Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

• Rooms are booked by reservation only (no walkups)

• Cancellations may be made at any time prior to the day of arrival.  If notification of cancellation is received on the scheduled day of arrival, the customer credit card will be charged for one night’s lodging.

• In the case of a “no-show”, the customer credit card will be charged the full amount due for all nights booked.

• Check in is generally after 3 p.m. and check-out by 12 noon.  If you have other needs, we will be as flexible as possible.

• Candles and rose petals are not allowed.  (We learned the hard way.)

• Pets cannot be accommodated, but we will be happy to suggest a local kennel.
